We have a new poem! The author of this poem is anonymous (what a great opportunity to teach my kids a new vocabulary word). Here’s the video to go with it:
My kids have enjoyed this poem a lot. They like to take turns pretending to be the child and the sun. They even change their voice to make it more real! I love it!
I made a few sheets to go with the poem. First, the written poem with illustrations.
Next, I made a sheet with just the pictures to use when my kids are getting so close to having the poem memorized and they only need a little help.
Coloring sheets can not be missing in my household. 🙂
